Anti-racism (also spelled antiracism): Anti-racist action is aimed at dismantling institutionalized racism. Anti-racists identify and confront racist practices and remain committed to fighting them via multiple means: conversation, dissent, voting, hiring, purchasing practices, and interpersonal relationships.
