Do you offer a free trial?

How does the refund policy work?

If you’re unhappy for any reason, email us within 7 days of purchasing, and we will give you a full refund. No strings attached. If you purchase Magoosh using a non-US credit card and request a refund, sometimes your credit card company will keep the foreign currency transaction fee.

What if I can't afford Magoosh's MCAT Prep?

We offer free prep for any student who qualifies for AAMC's Fee Assistance Program. To get your free account, follow these instructions. If you do not qualify for AAMC's Fee Assistance program and cannot afford Magoosh, you can learn more about our finacial aid options here.

What types of payment do you accept?

Currently we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. You can pay via a credit card or debit card that has any of those logos. You may need to call your bank to ask them to authorize the transaction if you are located outside of the United States. We also accept PayPal.

Can I get help with material from other test prep sites or books?

We do not answer questions about outside sources. We're a small team, and to keep our prices affordable for students, we prioritize Magoosh and officially released materials. :)

Do I have to pay a monthly fee?

Nope! You pay once and have access to the product for the duration of your plan. If you'd like access for longer, just email us and we'll see what we can do.

Do you store my credit card information?

No, all transactions are run through PayPal. We do not store anyone's credit card information.

Who should use Magoosh?

Anyone can use Magoosh, but it's best for individuals who fall into one of the following categories:

• Self-studiers: those who prefer to study on their own time and at their own pace.
• Video-lovers: those who learn better by watching video than through reading or live-learning. We have over 380+ video lessons.
• Busy professionals: those who do not have much time to study and can only sneak in a few minutes here and there.

Do I need to have taken the test before?

No! Many of our students are first-time MCAT test-takers, so if you're ready to start studying now, you should go ahead and sign up! Our lessons start from the beginning and teach you everything you need to know about the MCAT, so taking the test prior is not required.

How does the course work?

It’s 100% online. No DVDs. No books. It works on both Macs and PCs: any device with an internet connection!

How do monthly payments work?

If you choose to pay in four monthly installments, you'll pay your first installment at checkout and subsequent installments on a monthly basis. We'll email your payment schedule after checkout. Please note: an installment plan is not a subscription. Our 7-day refund policy still applies if paying in installments.

Can I buy multiple accounts at once?

Who writes the MCAT practice questions?

Our expert instructors, who have decades of experience and have taught thousands of students, create all of our MCAT practice questions and explanations. We use metrics to ensure the difficulty and types of questions match those on the actual test.

Do you have iPad/iPhone/Android access?

Yes we do! You can use your mobile browser to get full access to the site, and we have apps, including our top-ranked MCAT flashcard app.

Do I get support?

Yes! We respond to customer requests as quickly as possible (usually within 1-2 business days if not sooner). You can use the "Help" tab on the Dashboard or email us at help@magoosh.com.
